Girls Empowered to Move Towards Success (GEMS) Program: A companion component to the Alexandria Resource Mothers Program, the GEMS program provides adult mentoring relationships, involvement in community activities, health education, and educational and career exploration opportunities for siblings of Resource Mothers Program pregnant or parenting teen clients. In a supportive group setting, individual leadership skills are developed and goals  established to empower young women to lead productive lives.
